General Meeting Directions

The Embassy Suites Hotel (normally the Larkspur Room)
101 McInnis Parkway, San Rafael

15 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge or 2-1/2 miles north of the intersection of Hwy 101 and Hwy 580. The Introduction to Computers Class and the Database SIG are also held here. Click here if instead you need directions to our classroom, where all other meetings are held.

From the North:

Take Hwy 101 southbound; exit at Freitas Parkway
Turn left over the freeway
Turn left at the first intersection; then make an immediate right onto Civic Center Drive
Go 0.4 mile and turn left on McInnis Parkway

From the South:

Take Hwy 101 northbound 1-1/2 miles past Central San Rafael
Exit North San Pedro Road and go east
Turn left at the first traffic light onto Civic Center Drive
Go 0.6 mile and turn right on McInnis Parkway

From the East Bay:

Take Hwy 580 West across the Richmond San Rafael Bridge, then follow signs to Hwy 101 North
Take Hwy 101 northbound 1-1/2 miles past Central San Rafael
Exit North San Pedro Road and go east
Turn left at the first traffic light onto Civic Center Drive
Go 0.6 mile and turn right on McInnis Parkway

Additional Directions:

Park on the south side of the hotel. Enter through any of the glass doors. You should immediately see an information table with people seated behind it, ready to direct you further. Our normal meeting rooms are:

6:00 p.m. — Introduction to Computing Class: Petaluma Room
7:15 p.m. — General Meeting: Larkspur Room
